Shaun Musuka is an associate in the Corporate Department of the London office of Latham & Watkins, and a member of the Capital Markets Practice. 

Mr. Musuka's practice includes representing investment banks, private equity firms, and companies in public and private debt and equity offerings and acquisition financing, with a particular emphasis on issuances of high yield debt securities and leveraged transactions.

Mr. Musuka's experience includes advising:

  • Goldman Sachs, Barclays, and Credit Suisse as initial purchasers in connection with the issuance of €1.1 billion Senior Secured Notes due 2027, €500 million Floating Rate Senior Secured Notes due 2027, US$1.5 billion Senior Secured Notes due 2027, €650 million Senior Notes due 2028, and US$445 million Senior Notes due 2028 by thyssenkrupp Elevator
  • The Ardonagh Group in connection with the issuance of US$500 million Senior PIK Toggle Notes due 2027
  • Credit Suisse and Barclays as initial purchasers in connection with the issuance of £435 million Senior Secured Notes due 2026 by Together Money
  • Diversified Gas & Oil on its transfer from the AIM Market to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange
  • Jefferies LLC as lead underwriter in the NIS225 million initial public offering of The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange
  • Initial Purchasers in connection with the issuance of US$500 million Notes due 2029 by A.P. Møller – Mærsk
  • Credit Suisse and Citigroup as initial purchasers in connection with the issuance of £350 million Senior PIK Toggle Notes due 2023 by Together Money
