  • BDT Capital Partners in the acquisitions of Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria, Truck-Lite, CITY Beverage, River North Sales & Service, and Weber Grills
  • BDT Capital Partners as placement agent and investment advisor in the D.E Master Blenders acquisition
  • DNS Capital in connection with multiple recent investments, including American Beerworks, Aquion Energy, Beyond Meat, Breakwater Films, Fandor, Farmer’s Fridge, Freedom3 Capital, Good Eggs, GreatPoint Ventures, Jetti Resources, Lyft, Mesa Mesken, Peek Travel, Shenandoah Growers, The Kitchen Café, Timbuk 2, Thread and Vines of Mendoza
  • Hyatt Hotels Corporation in connection with significant merger and acquisition transactions, and the disposition of its timeshare business
