Roopika Subramanian is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins.

While attending law school at the University of California, Berkeley, Ms. Subramanian served as the publishing editor for Ecology Law Quarterly’s online publication and was the policy director for the Tiny House in My Backyard Project. During summer 2015, she clerked for the General Counsel’s office of Bay Area Rapid Transit. She also gained practical experience as a legal intern for the Community Economic Justice Clinic of the East Bay Community Law Center, a transaction-focused legal clinic.

Prior to law school, Ms. Subramanian served as a policy associate for a government relations firm in Sacramento.
