Rachel Narowski

Rachel Narowski is an associate in the Tax Department of Latham & Watkins’ Los Angeles office.

Ms. Narowski advises public and private companies on executive compensation and employee benefits matters relating to:

• Mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, spin-offs, and other corporate transactions
• Public company representation, including preparing executive compensation disclosures for proxy statements and other securities filings
• The negotiation, design, and administration of compensation arrangements, including employment, separation, retention, severance, and change in control arrangements, as well as equity and other incentive compensation plans and arrangements
