Rachel Abel is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the Banking Practice. She has experience across a broad range of financings, with an emphasis on advising banks, other financial institutions and corporate borrowers in leveraged finance transactions.
Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Abel trained and qualified with a top tier US firm in London.
