Pauline Gilli is an associate in the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department.

She assists and represents companies, senior executives, and shareholders in complex pre-litigation and litigation situations, often in an international context. She acts before civil and commercial courts and is involved in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation and conciliation.

Ms. Gilli has developed an expertise in corporate litigation, including shareholder disputes, disputes related to the departure of directors, wrongful termination of negotiations, issues arising between signing and closing, and post-acquisition disputes. She also handles commercial litigation, covering contractual disputes and tort liability, as well as stock market litigation.

Ms. Gilli actively participates in various pro bono projects and in the firm’s management committees. Notably, she has served on the Recruitment Committee and the Training & Career Development Committee.

  • An investment fund and its management company in a dispute over the payment of an earn-out following an LBO transaction
