Patrick M. Foley is a corporate associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins. Mr. Foley advises public and private issuers, investment banks, and private equity clients primarily on corporate and securities matters in a range of global capital markets transactions.
Mr. Foley's experience also includes advising corporate clients on public company reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
Mr. Foley is active in the firm's pro bono practice, working on guardian ad litem cases and representing nonprofit organizations committed to protecting animals.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Foley held a number of positions in finance and banking. While attending law school, Mr. Foley earned his MBA in strategic finance and was articles editor of the Indiana Law Journal.
