Noah Carr is a partner in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins’ Tokyo office. Mr. Carr advises clients on acquisitions, investments, venture capital financings, and strategic transactions in the financial, technology, and telecommunications industries.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Carr worked at a leading international law firm in Tokyo and Hong Kong. He is admitted to the New York bar and registered in Japan as a Gaikokuho-Jimu-Bengoshi (Registered Foreign Lawyer, New York Law).
