Dr. Nils Röver is a partner in the Hamburg office and practices in the Corporate Department. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate advice, including restructurings. He has specific experience in transformation law, in particular cross-border mergers and the law of the European company (SE).

Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Mr. Röver worked as an associate in the Frankfurt office of an international law firm for several years. Before that, he worked as a lawyer in a law firm in Hanover with focus on corporate law.
