Max von Cube is an associate in Latham & Watkins' Frankfurt office and practices in the firm’s Corporate Department.
Mr. von Cube advises on regulatory, compliance, and transactional issues relating to banking law, bank regulation, and capital markets regulation, most recently including ICOs. As a member of the firm’s Financial Institutions Group, Mr. von Cube advises both domestic and international clients, including fintech initiatives.
Prior to joining Latham , Mr. von Cube worked as a legal trainee at the firm’s Frankfurt office and BaFin. In addition to his legal education, he holds a degree in economics (Diplom) from the University of Münster, where he also worked as a research assistant.
