Lee Staley is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins.
Mr. Staley advises healthcare providers and life sciences organizations on complex regulatory, litigation, and transactional matters, with a particular focus on issues related to coding, coverage, and payment. He frequently advises clients on legal and policy considerations involving the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Mr. Staley also assists with internal investigations that have a regulatory overlay and maintains a pro bono practice.
Prior to joining Latham full-time, Mr. Staley completed a joint JD/MPH at Boston University, where he was recognized as a G. Joseph Tauro Distinguished Scholar, and worked at a large multispecialty physician organization. He served as senior articles editor of the Boston University Law Review, in which he published on value-based reimbursement topics.
Mr. Staley is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association.
