  • Siemens with respect to its business activities in Russia (including compliance with sanctions, implementation of reorganization measures, etc.)
  • IVI, an online video streaming platform in Russia, on a new funding round of US$250 million from external investors and current shareholders
  • TMK on its acquisition of 86.54% of shares in ChelPipe, a Russia-based manufacturer of steel tubes and pipes, from controlling shareholder Andrey Komarov

Data Privacy

  • Tencent in respect of Russian registration, notification, and data privacy requirements, as well as rules applicable to operation of payment systems 
  • VEON/VimpelCom in connection with advice on cross-border data privacy and data retention matters
  • Several multinational payment systems on banking and related regulations in Russia

  • Underwriters in connection with the US$1.1 billion initial public offering of Ozon, a Russian ecommerce group, on Nasdaq
  • Underwriters in connection with the initial public offering of Samolet’s 3,078,968 ordinary shares listed on the Moscow Stock Exchange
