Keith L. Williams

Keith Williams is an associate in the Century City office of Latham & Watkins, and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department.

Mr. Williams represents public and private corporations in antitrust, complex commercial, and class action litigation across a wide range of industries, including technology, entertainment, and retail. Mr. Williams has advised clients in both state and federal court on all aspects of complex litigation, including major motion practice, fact and expert discovery, appeals, and dispute resolution. He also has experience conducting internal investigations and advising on regulatory issues.

Mr. Williams maintains an active pro bono practice, including a class action challenge to the denial of refugee status to Iranian nationals under the Lautenberg-Specter Program, which allows persecuted religious minorities to apply for resettlement in the United States.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Williams served as a law clerk to Judge Damon J. Keith of the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Additionally, he served as a law clerk to Judge Gerald Bruce Lee of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Mr. Williams received his JD in 2016 from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where he was an executive board member of the Berkeley Business Law Journal. He was also a judicial extern for Judge Susan Y. Illston of the US District Court for the Northern District of California.

Mr. Williams received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
