Katherine Lovejoy represents financial institutions and public and private companies in a variety of corporate finance matters, including venture capital and capital markets transactions.

Ms. Lovejoy advises underwriters, initial purchasers, and issuers in connection with public and private, secured and unsecured, high yield and convertible debt, and equity offerings, including initial public offerings, direct listings, and SPAC transactions.

While attending law school, she served as the editor of the national Kaufman Memorial Securities Law Moot Court Competition and as an associate editor of the Fordham International Law Journal.
