Joshua Kiernan is a partner in the London office of Latham & Watkins, focusing on international capital markets transactions, securities regulation, and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Kiernan has extensive experience advising companies on SEC-registered IPOs, follow-on and secondary offerings, block trades, private placements, and Rule 144A offerings. In addition, he advises on a variety of debt offerings (including high-yield and convertible bonds) and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, and leveraged buyouts.
