• Agility Public Warehousing Co. in obtaining unconditional global merger and FDI clearance in 15+ jurisdictions for the US$4.1 billion sale of Agility's Global Integrated Business to DSV Panalpina, a transport and logistics company
• A multinational technology company in connection with the European Commission’s Digital Markets Act Proposal 
• A multinational technology company in connection with the European Commission's investigation into its use of third party sellers' data*
