Jeramy Webb is a finance associate in the Restructuring & Special Situations Practice in Latham & Watkins' Chicago office.
Mr. Webb advises debtors, creditors, asset purchasers, and sponsors, among others, in all aspects of bankruptcies, out-of-court restructurings, and special situations. In advising clients, Mr. Webb draws on substantial knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code, as well as significant banking experience. In addition to traditional chapter 11 bankruptcies, Mr. Webb has represented clients in chapter 15 recognition proceedings, out-of-court workouts, and assignments for the benefit of creditors.
As part of his pro bono practice, Mr. Webb has worked with the National Veterans Legal Services Program.
