Jeramy Webb is a finance associate in the Restructuring & Special Situations Practice in Latham & Watkins' Chicago office.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Webb worked at a leading international law firm located in Chicago, Illinois, practicing all aspects of restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy law, with a focus on chapter 11. Additionally, Mr. Webb advised clients regarding restructuring strategies, fiduciary duties, governance, and other related issues.

Mr. Webb received his JD from The University of Chicago Law School.
