Jamie Tiller (Marr) is a senior associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Litigation & Trial Department and the White Collar Defense & Investigations Practice.

Ms. Tiller advises clients across various industries in government and internal investigations, litigation, and regulatory matters. She has experience representing companies, financial institutions, cryptocurrency market participants, and individuals in inquiries and investigations by the Department of Justice (DOJ), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), as well as in complex civil litigation. Claims at issue in these matters have included securities fraud, mail and wire fraud, RICO, violations of the False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statute, Commodity Exchange Act violations, and Securities Exchange Act violations. In addition, Ms. Tiller has assisted clients in the review and enhancement of internal compliance programs.

Ms. Tiller formerly served on Latham’s New York Recruiting Committee, as well as the New York Pro Bono Committee. She maintains an active pro bono practice with a focus on juvenile life without parole resentencing matters.
