Holly L. Bainbridge is an associate in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins.

While in law school, Ms. Bainbridge was an articles editor for the Arizona Law Review. She won the Samuel M. Fegtly Award for receiving the highest score in preliminary rounds and the F. Britton Burns Award for winning the Fegtly Moot Court Competition. She also competed in the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition.

In addition, Ms. Bainbridge participated in her school’s Natural Resource Use and Management Clinic, and the Mortgage and Consumer Finance Law Group. She also served as treasurer of the Law Women’s Association and president of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund.

After law school, Ms. Bainbridge served as a judicial clerk to Judge Marilyn L. Huff of the US District Court for the Southern District of California.
