Guendalina Catti De Gasperi is an associate in the Brussels office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s global Antitrust & Competition Practice. Her practice centers on EU and Italian competition law, with a particular focus on State aid. She also advises clients on other areas of EU law, such as EU Internal Market law.
Ms. Catti De Gasperi represents Italian and international companies before the EU Courts, the European Commission, the Italian competition authority and Italian administrative courts. She advises clients active in a broad range of industries, with a specific focus on the energy sector.
Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Ms. Catti De Gasperi practiced at leading Italian law firms in Milan and Brussels, advising clients in connection with a variety of EU law and international trade law matters. Ms. Catti De Gasperi is a contract professor at Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan since 2014, where she teaches EU Law. Throughout her academic career, she has been a researcher at Università Bocconi and a research assistant at King’s College London.
