Mr. Walker advises a wide range of corporate sponsor and investment banking clients on a variety of equity and debt capital markets transactions, with a particular focus on issuer clients in the DACH region, including:

Capital increases
Equity-linked transactions
Private placements
High-yield bond transactions (under New York and German law) and related liability management transactions
Investment grade debt offerings
Mr. Walker is a member of the New York and Frankfurt Bar Associations.
