Emily Leong Yu

Emily Leong is counsel in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Finance Department and Banking Practice.

Ms. Leong primarily handles secured transactions, focusing on commercial law and personal property transfer issues arising under the Uniform Commercial Code. Ms. Leong advises major financial institutions as well as corporations in syndicated senior secured credit facilities, subordinated secured credit facilities, acquisition financings, and secured note offerings.
