Ellina Chulpaeff is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department and Real Estate Practice.

Ms. Chulpaeff's practice focuses primarily on real property acquisitions, financings, and joint ventures. She regularly represents buyers acquiring assets throughout the United States, including office buildings, shopping centers, and hotels and resorts. Ms. Chulpaeff also represents both borrowers and lenders in connection with real estate financings, including mortgage, mezzanine, and construction loans backed by various assets.

Ms. Chulpaeff earned her JD from UCLA School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and was a 2017 Hagman Scholar. While attending law school, she also served as president of the Real Estate Law Association and received three Masin Family Academic Excellence Awards for Land Use, Wills and Trusts, and Business Associations.
