  • Young's Seafood group on its sale to Karro Food Group, owned by CapVest Partners‎, and the related restructuring negotiations with its bondholders
  • Survitec Group, the UK-headquartered global safety and survival equipment business, in relation to its c. £450 million restructuring
  • The ad hoc committee of first-lien creditors of Doncasters Group, a leading international manufacturer of high-precision alloy components on its c. £900 million financial restructuring implemented by way of a UK scheme of arrangement
