Christina Chooljian Gunzenhauser is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins.
Ms. Gunzenhauser received her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served as the editor in chief of the Journal of Business Law. During her time at Penn Law, Ms. Gunzenhauser participated in the honors program at the US Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Enforcement.
She represents lenders, borrowers, and equity sponsors in connection with a wide range of domestic and international financing transactions, including secured and unsecured credit facilities, syndicated financings, acquisition financings, asset-based and working capital financings, restructurings, and workouts.
