Christian Vazquez is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins, and is a member of the firm’s Diversity Leadership Committee.  

Mr. Vazquez represents both financial institutions and issuers in a wide variety of public and private financing transactions, including initial public offerings, investment grade and high-yield offerings, debt exchange offers, and tender offers.

He also represents companies with respect to general corporate and securities matters, including corporate governance issues, Exchange Act reporting obligations, and stock exchange rules and requirements.

As part of his pro bono practice, Mr. Vazquez represents individuals seeking asylum.

Mr. Vazquez spent time on secondment to Citigroup.
