Caroline Flynn is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Supreme Court and Appellate Practice. Ms. Flynn’s practice focuses on federal and state appellate litigation and dispositive motions in the federal district courts.
Before joining Latham, Ms. Flynn served as a law clerk to Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. of the Supreme Court of the United States, Judge Sri Srinivasan of the US Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, and Judge Joel M. Flaum of the US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Ms. Flynn also served previously as an Attorney-Adviser in the Department of Justice Office of Legal Counsel, where she advised the President, the Attorney General, and federal agencies regarding the legality of executive action. She is a member of the Edward Coke Appellate Inn of Court.
Ms. Flynn currently serves on the firm’s Training & Career Enhancement (TACE) Committee, which develops and oversees in-house training and mentoring programs for associates.
