Carlyle Reid represents a variety of clients, including public and private companies and private equity funds in complex transactions within the energy industry. 

Ms. Reid maintains an active pro bono practice, helping clients seal their juvenile records, plan their estates, in addition to offering legal advice to individuals in the Houston area.

While attending law school, Ms. Reid served as the Alumni Development Editor for the Houston Law Review, President of the International Law Society, and as a brief writer for the University of Houston Law Center Moot Court Team. Additionally, Ms. Reid interned for Judge Nancy F. Atlas in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. 

Ms. Reid serves on the Junior League of Houston, volunteering her time to serve the greater Houston community.
