Ms. Dahl maintains an active pro bono practice with a particular focus on representing women who have been victims of domestic violence, LGBTQ+ asylum seekers, classes of incarcerated people, and veterans seeking US citizenship.

Active in firm leadership, she serves on the firm's Mentoring Committee, has served on the Recruiting and Training & Career Enhancement Committees, was a Co-Chair of the Women Lawyers Group, and is a member of the Parents Lawyer Group.

During law school, Ms. Dahl participated on the National Appellate Moot Court team and interned at a county prosecutor’s office.

  • Navistar and its former CEO in connection with SEC investigations, securities lawsuits, and derivative actions arising from alleged misstatements regarding its mobile source emission strategy, including complex and highly technical analysis of engine certification applications, testing requirements, and diesel engine programs
  • A waste management company in defending regulatory enforcement proceedings by the DEA, the EPA, and the Department of Justice in connection with the company’s former waste disposal business
  • A waste management company in an EPA civil investigation in the Southern District of New York regarding the company’s compliance with hazardous waste regulations under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act

  • A higher education institution in approximately 20 bellwether arbitrations relating to misleading advertisements that contained graduates’ employment statistics
