Brent D. Wagner

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Brent Wagner was a summer associate in Latham’s Houston office.

While attending law school at the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Wagner was an associate editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law, and he received a Certificate in Management from the Wharton School.

Prior to law school, Mr. Wagner was an NCAA Division I student-athlete at Southeastern Louisiana University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and his Master of Business Administration.
