Ben Coleman is an associate in Latham & Watkins' London office. His practice focuses on UK and cross-border public and private mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Latham in 2018, Mr. Coleman was an associate in the corporate department of a major transatlantic law firm.
Mr. Coleman previously worked in-house on secondment to a listed UK bank’s corporate legal team, advising on various corporate and commercial matters.
