Banee Pachuca is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins. She is a member of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice.

Ms. Pachuca focuses her practice on health law, including transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters. She represents hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, large physician groups, and private equity clients in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other collaborative and alignment transactions. Additionally, Ms. Pachuca frequently advises clients with respect to fraud and abuse laws, including the Stark Law and federal and state anti-kickback laws, billing compliance, as well as state and federal privacy laws.

While in law school, Ms. Pachuca interned for the US Department of Health & Human Services, Office of the General Counsel, Region 6.

Ms. Pachuca is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the Health Law Section of the Texas Bar Association.
