Andrew Paisley is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the Finance Department. 

 Mr. Paisley's experience includes advising sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, and other financial institutions across a broad range of finance transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged and acquisition financings.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Paisley practiced at a leading International law firm where he gained a range of experience in debt and funds financing.

Mr. Paisley's experience includes advising: 

  • The lenders on the financing for the acquisition of DXC Technology’s healthcare software services arm by Ardian portfolio company, Dedalus 
  • Nordic Capital on its acquisition of ADVANZ PHARMA, a London-based pharmaceutical company
  • Digital Colony Partners on the financing for the acquisition of PCCW Global Networks (UK) Ltd., a provider of telecommunications services including connectivity
  • MSD Partners, L.P. on a number of English football transactions including financings for Premier League team Southampton, funding for the takeover of Burnley, and financing for Derby County
  • HSBC in relation to Iceland Foods’ £250 million senior secured bond refinancing and related super senior RCF
  • Aston Martin in connection with an offering of $150 million of senior secured split coupon and up to $100 million of delayed draw senior split coupon notes due 2022*
  • TDR Capital and LeasePlan Corporation N.V. and its affiliates in connection with an offering by Lincoln Financing S.à r.l. of €750 million of senior secured notes and €600 million of floating rate senior secured notes*
  • TDR Capital on the £3 billion acquisition of Ei Group by the Stonegate Group*
  • The underwriters on the financing for the investment in and take private of Telepizza Group, S.A. by KKR*
  • Logicor in connection with multiple issuances of euro and sterling denominated senior notes totaling €4.55 billion and £600 million*
  • Apax Partners, Bridgepoint Capital, TDR Capital, and Coller Capital in relation to various funds financing and capital call facilities*
