Andrew Abokhair is an associate in the Austin office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Data & Technology Transactions, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Emerging Companies Practices.

Mr. Abokhair represents clients in a broad range of intellectual property and privacy and data security matters, including strategic alliances, joint ventures, M&A and financing transactions, intellectual property strategy, and other commercial arrangements, as well as privacy and data initiatives.

He advises both public and private companies of all sizes, ranging from technology start-ups to established private equity funds.

Mr. Abokhair earned his JD from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he graduated as an Honor Scholar.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Abokhair was a technology and intellectual property transactions associate for another leading international law firm.
