Ana De Santiago Ayon is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins. She is member of the Real Estate Practice.
Ms. De Santiago Ayon works on commercial real estate transactions, including representing lenders and borrowers in debt financing and the drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale and leasing agreements. Prior to joining the firm’s Real Estate Practice, Ms. De Santiago Ayon represented clients seeking land use, environmental, and other local government approvals as a member of the firm’s Project Siting and Approvals Practice.
Before becoming an attorney, Ms. De Santiago Ayon obtained a master's degree in planning from the University of Southern California. She currently serves on the board of the Mexican American Bar Foundation.
