Amanda Barnett is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Litigation & Trial Department.

Ms. Barnett earned her JD from Harvard Law School, where she was a notes editor of the Harvard Law Review and co-president of the Harvard Asia Law Society. During law school, she also served as an intern in the New York State Attorney General’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit and in the Multi-Regional Clinical Trials Center of Harvard and Brigham & Women’s Hospital.

Ms. Barnett recently completed a clerkship for Judge Bruce Selya, US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
