Adriana Beach is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Privacy & Cyber Practice. She handles a variety of global privacy and security matters, including providing transactional support, creating, implementing, and maintaining scalable privacy policies and programs.

Ms. Beach is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US). Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Beach was an associate at another leading law firm, and was also privacy and data protection counsel at 23andMe, Inc.

While in law school, Ms. Beach worked as a legal intern at the California Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General in the Privacy Enforcement Protection Unit, and a judicial extern for Judge Ronald M. Whyte of the US District Court for the Northern District of California.

Ms. Beach’s experience includes advising:

  • Headspace in its merger with Ginger to create Headspace Health
