Abigail Marcus is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins, where she is a member of the firm’s Public Company Representation Practice. Prior to joining the Washington, D.C. office, Ms. Marcus was an associate in the firm’s Banking Practice in New York.

Ms. Marcus represents New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq-listed US public companies and foreign issuers in a broad range of SEC reporting and investor-engagement matters.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Marcus served as the director of the Corporate Law Center at Fordham Law School. Ms. Marcus previously practiced as an associate in the corporate law department of a Big Five law firm in Johannesburg, South Africa.
