Kimberly Leefatt is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Leefatt’s practice focuses on complex environmental litigation as well as regulatory and transactional support. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, in which she has represented homeless individuals and prisoners in federal court.  

Before joining Latham, Ms. Leefatt served as a judicial extern in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia and as an intern with the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Criminal Enforcement, Forensics and Training.  

Ms. Leefatt earned her JD from Howard University School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude and served as senior staff editor for the Howard Law Journal.
