Grover R. Heyler

Grover R. Heyler retired from Partnership on December 31, 1992. Since 1952, his practice has focused on general corporate law with specialties in California corporation laws (he was a member of the State Bar's Law Revision Committee), federal and state securities laws, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Heyler has extensive experience in advising corporate and partnership's clients on general business and real estate matters.

He served on the Board of Directors of CalMat Company (NYSE) and has also served on the boards of various non-profit corporations, including the Board of Directors of the National Alliance for Research into Schizophrenia and Depression.
