Georgie Blears is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department.
Ms. Blears has a broad practice within commercial litigation and has acted for clients in a range of high profile and value cases before the English High Court, Court of Appeal, and judicial review proceedings before the Administrative Court.
Ms. Blears completed her training in Latham's Corporate, Finance, and Tax Departments, qualifying her to enter into the Litigation & Trial Department in August of 2021.
Ms. Blears maintains an active pro bono practice and was most recently involved in producing a cross-border research project for the Centre for Women’s Justice and representing a client before the English social security tribunals.
While attending the University of Edinburgh, she was awarded the Annabella Kirkpatrick Prize scholarship for being the most distinguished graduate of her year in MA History.
