Two Latham Lawyers Named Latin America’s Rising Legal Stars
Partner Guido Liniado and associate Alan Rozen from the firm’s Latin America Practice have been selected as Latin America’s Rising Legal Stars for 2021 by Latinvex. The prestigious awards program celebrates the next generation of legal leaders honoring 25 lawyers at international law firms who conduct business in the region. The list includes five partners, 16 associates and four counsel from 20 different law firms.
- Liniado’s practice focuses on a variety of cross-border finance matters including project bonds, project finance, multisource finance, structured finance, acquisition, leveraged, and other corporate finance for financial and corporate clients, with a particular focus on Latin America and the Caribbean.
- Rozen’s practice focuses on corporate matters in connection with mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, reorganizations, asset carve-outs, controlling and minority investments, public and private financing, securities, and more for both public and private companies and financial institutions.
