Who's Who Legal
Wide representation illustrates Latham’s truly global strength and market leadership in the field.

Once again, Who’s Who Legal, a directory of the "foremost legal practitioners in business law, based upon comprehensive, independent research among general counsel and private practice lawyers worldwide,” has selected several Latham lawyers in Europe and the US for its latest edition covering arbitration.

Hamburg partner Sebastian Seelmann-Eggebert was named among the world’s leaders in arbitration alongside all three of Latham’s International Arbitration Practice Global Co-Chairs: London partner Sophie Lamb QC, Paris partner Fernando Mantilla-Serrano, and New York partner Claudia Salomon.

London partners Oliver Browne and Charles Claypoole were honored as Future Leaders in the 2019 guide’s “Partner” category.

Paris counsel John Adam was also noted as a Future Leader in the guide’s “Non-Partner” category.

Lamb, Mantilla-Serrano, and Salomon were also selected by their peers for inclusion in the Who’s Who Legal: Thought Leaders – Arbitration 2019, which “brings together the insight, expertise and wisdom of some of the world’s foremost arbitrators, counsel, and expert witnesses in a single book. These individuals are worthy of special mention owing not only to their vast expertise and experience advising on some of the world’s most significant and cutting-edge disputes, but also their ability to innovate and inspire.”

Notably, Lamb earned a further distinction, appearing in the Global Elite Thought Leaders – EMEA section of the 2019 guide. According to Who’s Who, Global Elite Thought Leaders are “those individuals who received the highest number of nominations from peers, corporate counsel and other market sources this year. Our research has identified them as truly outstanding practitioners and the very best in their field.”
