The San Diego Daily Transcript has named Litigation & Trial partner Amy Hargreaves among its annual Top 40 Under 40 for 2020 in recognition of her work advising clients in the healthcare industry on internal investigations and defense, and a range of compliance-related matters.

A member of the firm’s White Collar Defense & Investigations Practice, Hargreaves spends the majority of her time defending clients against False Claims Act qui tam investigations and litigations, which her published profile highlighted as “complex and highly specialized” work that requires her “to keep pace with a rapidly changing enforcement environment” as she advises clients including large hospital systems, medical device companies, and pharmaceutical companies.
