Leading Equity Capital Markets Partner Bolsters English Law Capability

London Corporate team adds experienced equity capital markets partner Richard Brown.

London office adds prominent corporate finance partner, with strong issuer and underwriter experience

Latham & Watkins LLP is pleased to announce that Richard Brown will join the firm’s London office as a partner in the Corporate Department. Brown is an experienced UK equity capital markets partner with a strong bank and issuer practice.

Brown joins Latham & Watkins from Hogan Lovells where he led the firm’s equity capital markets practice. Previously, he worked for Goldman Sachs where he was an Executive Director in the investment bank’s Transaction Management Group. He received his BA and MA from the University of Cambridge, Trinity Hall.
