Latham & Watkins Represents Initial Purchasers in Stagwell Inc.’s US$1 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Firm advises on offering by a leading global provider of marketing and advertising services.

Stagwell Inc., a leading global provider of marketing and advertising services, has announced the pricing of an offering by its subsidiary, Midas OpCo Holdings LLC, of US$1 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.625% senior notes due 2029 (the Notes). The Notes will mature on August 15, 2029 and will be guaranteed by certain of the Issuer’s subsidiaries. The Notes are expected to be issued on August 20, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.

A portion of the proceeds of the Notes offering will be used to repay borrowings outstanding under the credit agreement entered into in connection with the announced completed business combination between Stagwell Marketing Group Holdings LLC and MDC Partners Inc., creating a top 10 global marketing services company.
