Latham & Watkins represented the initial purchasers in Leeward Renewable Energy Operations, LLC’s offering of US$375 million of senior notes due 2029 (green bonds). The offering closed on July 8, 2021.

New York partner Keith Halverstam led the Latham capital markets team that advised on the offering, with New York associates Hana Nah, Simon Cooke, and Nicolas Gonzalez.
