Latham & Watkins Named TMT M&A Legal Advisory Firm of the Year

Latham & Watkins was named Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) M&A Legal Advisory Firm of the Year at Mergermarket’s inaugural North America M&A Awards 2021 program, which recognized excellence in M&A advisory during what Mergermarket described as “an incredibly volatile year for dealmakers.” Winners were determined by a combination of league table rankings and review by an independent panel of judges.

In addition to winning the TMT sector award, Latham was on the shortlists for a number of other categories that were part of Mergermarket’s awards program, including:
