Latham & Watkins was once again honored to host West Point cadets as part of the US Military Academy's Academic Individual Advanced Development (AIAD) program.

During the weeks-long internship, cadets Mekale Knight-Victor and Connor DeWitt, who are majoring in Law and Legal Studies, spent time working with several practices in the firm’s New York office, applying their leadership skills and gaining exposure to different areas of law.

Alan Avery, partner in the New York office and West Point alumnus, said: “Mekale and Connor are talented, dedicated cadets, and we were very proud to have them with us this summer. It was a pleasure working closely with them as they gained valuable legal experience in a civilian environment, and we wish them every success in the future.”
