Latham & Watkins Assists Photonis in Securing CFIUS Clearance

CFIUS concluded that there were no unresolved national security concerns with respect to the sale of Photonis to HLD Europe.
Photonis, a leading manufacturer of light intensifier tubes for night vision binoculars and scientific detection systems, has received clearance from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) in connection with the sale of Photonis to HLD Europe. CFIUS concluded that there were no unresolved national security concerns with respect to the transaction.
